Schools suffer rare setback as voters react

The first question that comes to mind is: How the heck did that happen?
Voters in the Las Virgenes Unified School District have been notoriously kind to their local public schools, approving multiple bond measures and parcel taxes over the years to pay for campus upkeep and teacher salary improvements.
