Schools ponder new tax

A recent poll indicates that voters living in Las Virgenes Unified School District would be likely to pass another parcel tax on behalf of education.
Voters have shown willingness in the past to support Las Virgenes schools. They passed Measure E, the $98-per-year tax, in 2004 and renewed the tax for eight years in 2008.
