The Las Virgenes Unified School District board and parentfaculty club members floated the idea of marketing campus buildings to bring in extra income for the cash-strapped district. Officials believe that if local businesses advertised on school buildings and sponsored fields, pools and other campus areas, the budget gap could be narrowed.
