Nearly six months after he was arrested, the man accused of secretly videotaping female students in an Oaks Christian School locker room is scheduled to be sentenced in a Van Nuys court.
Shiara Davila, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, said the prosecution expects that Hilario Hernandez Medina will be sentenced Oct. 17 to three years in prison.
Medina, 39, is being held in a sheriff's department detention center in Castaic.
