 Bougainvillea is a dominating plant, forming vast mounds of shout-out-loud color that is sometimes known to envelop a home from basement to attic.
Yet the bougainvillea has a vulnerable side—it does not care to have its roots disturbed. A transplant could not only be treacherous, but fatal.
