Reyes Adobe Days Parade seeks last minute entries

Application deadline is 4 p.m. tomorrow


The City of Agoura Hills invites organizations, groups, businesses and individuals to join the seventh annual Reyes Adobe Days parade at 10 a.m. Sat., Oct. 1 starting at Yerba Buena School, 6900 block of Reyes Adobe Road, and ending at the Reyes Adobe Historical Site, 5464 Reyes Adobe Road.

Entries may be floats, classic cars, or entertainment acts. Awards will be presented to the best entries.

The parade is a mile-long procession that will feature celebrity Grand Marshal Don Most, equestrians, floats, bands and drill teams.

Following the parade, A Day at the Adobe will take place, with awards presentation, cultural family activities, pony rides, historical demonstrations, live music, museum tours, Art 91301 Then & Now, beer garden, games, inflatables, food vendors and farmers market.

The deadline to enter the parade is 4 p.m. tomorrow, Fri.,

Sept. 23.
