Revelation series begins at Calvary

"Revelation: Pictures of The End," a new teaching series at Calvary Community Church, continues through Sun., Nov. 18, in what promises to be an intense look at the Bible’s apocryphal book of Revelation.

Hosted by Calvary PM, a Sunday evening alternative church service that stresses experiential, participatory and artistic expressions, the program will begin at 6:07 p.m. and will examine the incredible prophecies purported by the author of Revelation. This program is free.

"People are asking, ‘Should I be afraid?’ ‘When should I be afraid?’ ‘Is this the end?’ People want answers now, and they want them as pain-free as possible," said Kirk DeWitt, pastor of Calvary PM who will teach the series. "People tend to view the book of Revelation with either obsession or irrelevance. In the last several weeks, however, increasingly more people are asking whether Revelation may be helpful to describe end times."
