When Oak Canyon Park opened to the public it was a beautiful space. The design won awards for creating a recreational space in harmony with nature.
The centerpiece of the park was the peaceful lagoon. Our families fed the ducks, fished and observed blue herons, snowy egrets and cormorants as regular visitors.
