Restaurant co-owner arrested

The co-owner of the seafood chain Lure Fish House in Westlake Village was arrested in Taiwan on Nov. 2 after a remote-control glider he was piloting struck and killed a woman, authorities said.
David Cortina, 57, was visiting Taiwan to take part in a World Air Sports Federation glider competition.
