Relay for Life teams ready to race

FATHER/SON—Ernie Cavazos, who lives in Simi Valley, and his father Simon, of Thousand Oaks, are both colon cancer survivors. They became involved with the Calabasas Relay for Life in 2005. Ernie is a co-chair of the 2011 event.
Calabasas city employees and officials raised $1,200 for the American Cancer Society at a wine sampling that took place at city hall last week.
