Red Cross to teach students

The American Red Cross of Ventura County Youth Emergency Services Clubs and Rio Mesa High School will provide free safety training to students in grades three to five on Sat., March 6 at the Rio Mesa High School gymnasium, 545 Central Ave., Oxnard.
