With fall and winter months coming, the peak of the flu season is fast approaching, causing more illnesses in the United States every year.

According to the CDC’s summary of the 2017-2018 influenza season, an estimated 9.2 million flu-related illnesses occur annually, and 180 pediatric flu-related deaths were reported in the United States last year.
