. Take care when trimming trees to avoid disturbing nests

In spring, love is in the air.
But wait, this is winter—or at least the calendar says so.
However, love has already been appreciated in the world of wildlife around us. Right now there are tiny squirrels in their nests and even tinier hummingbird eggs, and owlets are waiting to be fed by their parents.
So even though we do not think of this as the season of birth, it is. It is all around us, in the trees and in the bushes.
