Program benefits special needs kids

Possibility Kids in Thousand Oaks, a nonprofit organization started in 1993, will offer an Advanced Sensory Motor Integration Program this summer for nonverbal children with autism and slow learners.

This is a whole family integration process which has been developed from 20 years of evidence-based science.

Intensive daily training will include enjoyable, yet challenging sensory motor floor practices that open the way for learning; brainwave training with simultaneous audio/visual entrainment for hearing, speech, reading and writing; hydration and nutrition; games with the parents; and family dynamics for peace promotion and nonviolent communication.

Parents who have a child that does not speak can call for a free 30-minute phone consultation at (805) 370-5388 to see if their child qualifies for discounted services.
