Prefers Lowe’s

Voting yes on Measure Z will bring the Town Center with shopping, upscale restaurants and Lowe’s to Westlake Village. What I find my neighbors don’t understand is that the only other alternative for this land is an office complex. If Measure Z is defeated, the community loses and an office complex will be built- it’s that simple.

This weekend, I enjoyed chatting with neighbors, listening to music and watching children laugh and play at Berniece Bennett Park for the city’s 25th anniversary celebration. As a supporter of Measure Z, I was glad to see representatives from the Town Center on hand to answer questions and provide more information to my neighbors who remain unsure. On election day, residents should walk into voting booths informed, not ignorant.

I urge my neighbors to ask questions, get the facts and find out for themselves why the Town Center is the right choice for our community: more options, less traffic-a better fit. More information is also available at www.TownCenterWLV.com.

Thanks to everyone who made the Birthday Party in the Park such a fun afternoon. Here’s to 25 more years of Westlake Village paradise, which I hope will include the Town Center with Lowe’s. Fran Targon Westlake Village
