Santa Claus will make a parachute landing to launch the free Jingle Bell Jump Festival featuring two performances by recording artist Kirsten Arian at noon Fri., Nov. 27 at Janss Marketplace, Hillcrest Drive at Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

Arian will perform fan favorites, including “Queen” from her “Higher Than Heaven” album at 1 and 2:45 p.m. in the Fountain Court. She will host an autograph session after the concerts.

The festival will also feature free train rides, story time with Mrs. Claus and a children’s holiday craft activity until 3 p.m.

Families can purchase Santa photos for $10 each from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., with all proceeds donated to Toys for Tots. Santa photos will be free for guests who present Nov. 27-dated receipts totaling $50 or more from one or more Janss merchants.

The annual Toys for Tots drive will also take place at Janss Marketplace during the holiday season. Guests can bring new, unwrapped toy donations to the

U.S. Marines in front of Toys R Us to be delivered to less fortunate children by Christmas.
