Pandemic wind-down becomes an emotional time

EDITORIAL

Though its grip has weakened, the tendrils of the pandemic are still being felt as we head into our newly-shaped reality of yellow tiers and, hopefully soon, no tears. You are not alone if your emotions run the gamut from elation to anxiety, depression and worry.
Daily lives have been upended by the emotional dissonance we feel in wanting to return to our old way of life. We also realize that the safety of ourselves and our families still lies somewhat in the hands of others.
