"Greeks love to eat!" Those passionate words were the first uttered by Sophia, the new culinary goddess of Corfu Island, an Agoura Hills restaurant that specializes in Greek cuisine, soon after we entered.
Sophia and her husband, Spiro, have been in the restaurant business all of their lives.
Previously they owned a deli in downtown Chicago, from which Sophia has feta flown here on a regular basis because the "quality is unmatched anywhere here in Los Angeles." ...
