Open house to present camp options


The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley offers a variety of summer camp options for youth in a fun and safe atmosphere.

The community can learn about the programs offered by BGCCGV during a free Summer Open House from 4 to 6 p.m. Fri., May 3 at the Anderson Boys & Girls Club, 1980 E. Avenida de Las Flores, Thousand Oaks.

Summer camp offerings include traditional day camp for grades K-9; Musical Theatre Camp for grades one to nine; Camp-Out Adventures for grades three to 12; Travel Camp for grades six to 11; STEM Camp for grades one to six, and Archery Camp for grades five to eight.

The open house will also include carnival games, gaga ball, a prize wheel, STEM activities and Subzero Science Show.

A hot dog barbecue will be provided. Subzero ice cream can be purchased after the science show for $4.
