BROTHERLY LOVE—On Sept. 29, one year following the death of Jacob (above left) and Mark Iskander, a Westlake Village family is still grieving and looking for answers. The boys’ lives were taken away when they were struck in a crosswalk by an automobile said to be speeding and racing another car. Below, a community memorial including teddy bears was established at Triunfo Canyon Road and Saddle Mountain Drive where the incident occurred.
