Oak Park man arrested for bouncing checks

Ventura County District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced recently the arrest of Alexander William Cooperman, 51, of Oak Park on charges of passing checks with nonsufficient funds (NSF) and violating the terms of his probation on a previous conviction for passing bad checks.
The charges were initiated following the completion of a six-month investigation by the District Attorney’s Bureau of Investigation.
