Oak Park district marks Indian holiday

Courtesy photoTo honor the large population of Indian students attending its schools, the Oak Park Unified School District changed its calendar to give students a half-day off for Diwali, a major Indian holiday.
Diwali falls on different days each year, and this year it was celebrated Nov. 7.
