LISA ADAMS/The AcornFEELING HAPPY, NOT BLUE - Oak Park resident Jackie Weiss, 12, holds a wild bluejay that she's nursing back to health. The bird recently knocked at her front door for help-quite literally. Jackie has named the fowl "Lucky" for surviving on its own after falling from its nest and being deserted by its mother. Jackie, who'll be a eighth grader, said she hopes to set the bluejay free in about a month.
