Not your father’s chili



 
While attending the Wine and Food Lovers’ Festival in February, I sampled an East Indian swordfish with three lentil chili topped with coconut. The dish was prepared by Robert Grenner, executive chef at The Hideaway@Lindero restaurant.
I was so taken with that chili that I made it a point to visit The Hideaway to learn more about the restaurant and the gastronomic delights prepared by Grenner and his staff.
