Not made in U.S.A.

I have a question. When did the United States become a dumping ground for all of the subpar, flimsy, poorly manufactured products coming out of China?

I blame the American manufacturers who, in their quest to further fatten the bottom line, have decided that it makes perfect sense to have their products manufactured in China where labor costs and horrid working conditions are far below those in our domestic market.

It’s time for Americans to take decisive action by demanding an increase in quality checks and absolute purity of any Chinese imported product and also go out of your way to search for the “Made in USA” label even though it may cost a little more.

Spending a little extra in our marketplace for domestic consumer products will not only bolster our ever-declining economy and put Americans back to work, but also bring products into our homes that will prove to be more durable than poorly manufactured “Made in China” products.

It’s time for Americans to stand up and proclaim that we do in fact deserve and demand quality products in our homes that we can safely use in our daily lives with pride, confidence and the knowledge that we are helping to put our country back to a position of leadership in manufacturing.
