Top chefs to create for culinary charity
Chefs from Ventura County’s fine restaurants will cook for Flavors of Greater Conejo Valley, a fundraiser for the American Liver Foundation, at 5 p.m. Sun., Sept. 11 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza, Westlake Village.
Individual tickets are $150 and table sponsorships begin at $1,250. The chefs will design a menu exclusively for the evening and each chef will provide a table setting in the décor of his restaurant.
“We are delighted to assemble the greatest culinary talents in the Greater Conejo Valley for an extraordinary evening of delectable food and wine,” said Susan Zimmerman, co-chair. “Flavors, the American Liver Foundation’s signature culinary event, will showcase the region’s premier chefs in an unique and intimate setting.”
Participating restaurants include Hyatt Westlake, Sherwood Country Club, The Secret Garden, North Ranch Country Club, Bellavino Wine Bar and Bistro, Roy’s Restaurant Woodland Hills, Pierre’s Catering Company and Deliveries Inc. and Gael LeColley’s Catering and Consulting.
