Water board candidate Jay Lewitt proclaims he is happy with the status quo, but unhappy with the dissension on the present board, accusing his opponent of sowing dissension and driving up the cost of the water tank to $13 million.
He claims he will be an independent thinker, but it is obvious that he aligns himself with the entrenched long-serving majority of the water board to silence dissent, presumably referring to his opponent, and he is their pawn.
