With a violin under his chin at age 3, Boris Brott, conductor of the Thousand Oaks New West Symphony, was destined for a lifetime relationship with orchestra and symphony music. By the time he was 5, he was ready for his first public performance, not in the auditorium of an elementary school, but rather with the Montreal Symphony.
