Since it appears the city had $4.2 million per year in surplus funding to commit to a water park (recently defeated by strong public opposition), I am wondering if those funds could be utilized to redesign and re-construct the unfortunate architecture of the new Dollinger (Summit) shopping center on Lost Hills and Agoura roads.
