New contractor will finish Oak Park Library

The Ventura County Board of Supervisors approved a $1.3 million contract last week to complete construction of the long-delayed Oak Park Library.
Richard and Richard Construction Co. of Oceanside was given 98 days to complete the job that was left 40 percent unfinished when another contractor walked off the site.
