The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce recently named Mustang Marketing as Business of the Year.

The largest full-service marketing agency in Ventura County, Mustang Marketing will be recognized alongside Business of the Year co-winner, the Los Angeles Rams, at the chamber’s 2019 Recognition Gala.

A long-time supporter of the chamber, Mustang is being feted for its professional contributions to the local economy and its dedication to community giving.

Mustang has provided pro bono marketing services for Conejo Schools Foundation since 2003 and for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Foundation since 2006.

The agency has also participated in FOOD Share’s Can-Tree event for the past several years.

From 2018 to now, Mustang also provided pro bono work for the Ventura County Family Justice Center, American Red Cross’ Operation: Ride for the Red cycling event, We Are Borderline Strong fundraiser and the Music Strong Borderline Victims Benefit Concert.

Mustang was also selected for its support of individual team members in their own contributions to the community.

Mustang’s CEO, Scott Harris, has served on numerous boards including the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.

In 2018, Mustang’s Dianne McKay, who is also serving her third term as a trustee for the Ventura County Community College District, was honored as the Chamber’s Woman of the Year.

The gala will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Fri., March 1 at the Hyatt Regency Westlake.

Patrick Cassidy will be the master of ceremonies.

The gala will have Beatles themed entertainment from 5-Star Theatricals.
