Bobby the bobcat was a house pet until his family was reported for keeping him without a license. He now resides at The Nature of Wildworks in Topanga.

Bobby was declawed when he was a kitten which involved removal of not only his claws but his toes and causes permanent paw pain. Bobby is unable to walk long distances and has trouble jumping.

Mollie Hogan, executive director of the Nature of Wildworks, is accepting donations for a declaw repair surgery for Bobby. The surgery costs $2,000 per paw.

Donations may be sent to Mollie Hogan, c/o The Nature of Wildworks, P.O. Box 109, Topanga, CA, 90290. For information, call (310) 455-0550.
