Medical support groups offered





Stroke support groups for caregivers, families and survivors are conducted each Wednesday from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at the Los Robles Outpatient Center, 4415 S. Lakeview Canyon Road in Westlake Village. For more information, please call Richard Randall at (805) 498-2632.


Men with prostate cancer meet for education and support as the "Us Too" group, sharing updated medical information. The 7-9 p.m. sessions are conducted on first and third Wednesdays at the east campus of Los Robles Regional Medical Center, 150 Via Merida in Westlake Village. The support group for families and patients with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s and multiple myeloma, in partnership with the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, meet at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at the Wellness Community, 530 Hampshire Road in Westlake Village. Diabetes support groups are led by certified diabetes educators; no fees and no reservations are required. The daytime support group meets at 11 a.m. on first Thursdays and the evening support group at 7:30 p.m. on second Mondays at the east campus of Los Robles Regional Medical Center, 150 Via Merida in Westlake Village.
