Medical ethics explored at CLU conference





The Chicago-based Center of Bioethics and Human Dignity will conduct a conference titled "Life and Death in the 21st Century" Fri. and Sat., Oct. 3 and 4 in the chapel on the campus of California Lutheran University, 60 W. Olsen Road, Thousand Oaks.


According to Steve Larson, pastor of Evangelical Free Church of the Conejo Valley, which is co-hosting the event, the conference’s purpose is "to give medical professionals and lay people a handle on making wise, ethical decisions in light of the technological gains that have been made in the field of medicine."
