The Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center recently received a giant delivery. The small nonprofit rescue organization took in 18 stray dogs, including seven puppies, that were left in the parking lot of a Santa Paula restaurant in the rain. Some were in crates, others were running free.
A restaurant employee rounded them all up and took them to the shelter, doubling the center’s animal population.
