Magicians to perform for Indian Guides, Princesses




The Society of American Magicians, Assembly 291, will put on a magic show for the YMCA Indian Guide/Indian Princess program from 3 to 5 p.m. Sat., Jan. 23 in the multipurpose room of Sumac Elementary School, 6050 Calmfield Ave., Agoura Hills.

The doors will open at 2:30 at which time strolling magicians will performg close up magic.

The show will feature seven magicians. Most of the performers are members of the Magic Castle, the Academy of Magical Arts, the Society of American Magicians and the International Brotherhood of Magicians. A number of the performers regularly appear at the Magic Castle. 

The master of ceremonies is Agoura resident and Indian Guide assistant federation chief Stephen Levine who has performed at the Agoura Hills Library, Willow Spring fair, Temple Beth Haverim and other venues throughout the Conejo and San Fernando Valleys.  

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased through the YMCA  or at the door.
