Las Virgenes Unified School District (LVUSD) has balanced its books by approving a $77 million budget that includes $1.3 million in spending cuts. More trimming is still possible, officials said.
The 2003-2004 budget includes a reduction in programs, services and non-teaching personnel, including 15 classified employee positions.
