 Before Hurricane Florence made landfall last week, two urban search-and-rescue teams from Los Angeles County were sent back East to offer their assistance.
Deployed to the storm-ravaged coast were Tom Henzgen of Agoura Hills, a captain with the Los Angeles Fire Department, and Dave Stephens of Oak Park, a captain with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
