Dr. James Mulick, an Agoura Hills orthodontist, will speak at the international meeting of the Velocardiofacial Syndrome Education Foundation July 20 to 22 in Dallas, Texas.
The syndrome is a birth defect. Its most common features are a cleft palate and heart defects.
Mulick, an orthodontist at the UCLA Craniofacial Team since its formation in 1962, will discuss the orthodontic management of the syndrome.
