The National Park Service is presenting a fine art exhibit featuring watercolor, charcoal and pencil drawings by Sam S. Banagas from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends through Sun., Oct. 29 at the Satwiwa Native American Indian Culture Center off Lynn Road in Newbury Park. The program is free to the public.
