Confusing state, local ballot propositions explained in guides

California’s libraries are prepared to help voters until Election Day.
Citizens preparing for the Nov. 2 general election can visit their library and pick up a free Easy Voter Guide in English or Spanish. The nonpartisan 16-page pamphlet will feature statements and photographs from all of the U.S. presidential and Senate candidates.
