The drought and water rationing we are experiencing should be drying up the City of Calabasas’ interest in the proposed Canyon Oaks and Weintraub Rondell Oasis developments in the scenic Calabasas corridor.
The proposals should be halted without even waiting for a report on the environmental impact on this pristine area of west Calabasas.
It makes no sense to jeopardize our water resources with new homes and hotels when we don’t have the water for current residents and schools.
