Calabasas voters will go to the polls next year and decide whether or not 161 new apartments should be constructed in the city. A yes vote in either the March primary or November general election will bring not only a supply of new rental units to the Avalon apartment complex on Las Virgenes and Lost Hills roads, but ensure the survival of 80 affordable units at the same location.
