 Presbyopia is a common condition that starts around age 45 and keeps getting worse until the age of 60 or so. Presbyopia means the inability to see close up with aging eyes. Some people can get onset presbyopia even earlier than 40 and some can go a little longer but, on average, people between the ages of 50 and 60 get hooked on glasses.
