The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors recently voted unanimously to expand the leadership training academy for its employees operated by Cal State University Northridge (CSUN).
The board approved a five-year contract worth $2.1 million the first year with CSUN’s Center for Management and Organization Development to continue training county workers in leadership and human resource development.
