Las Virgenes scores well on API

Schools easily beat state average

According to the latest report released by the California Department of Education, the Las Virgenes Unified School District has earned another high set of Academic Performance Index (API) scores.
The API is based on a scale of 200 to 1,000, as calculated from student performance on the California Standards Test in English/language arts and mathematics taken in the spring, the California High School Exit Exam, and graduation rates.
