Las Virgenes School District must pay $300,000 to molestation victim

A settlement has been reached between the Las Virgenes Unified School District and Calabasas resident Alison Baker, who filed a negligent supervision lawsuit against the district on behalf of her son, a special education student who was sexually abused by another student on the campus of Agoura High.
The case was scheduled to go to trial in a week.
