Land swap would be a win-win
It’s time the land swap proposal the Old Agoura Rangers came up with now over two years ago gets a fair hearing.
This proposal improves the wildlife corridor, gains 48 acres of open space and gives the only opportunity for wildlife not to be sentenced to an eternity of migrating through a bottleneck of over 500,000 square feet of commercial development, two signal lights, an eight-lane freeway, two on- and off-ramps.
