SQUIGGLY NECKLACE— Priscila Arrendondo, 8, flashes a tentative smile as Spirit, a ghost corn snake, slides around her neck at the Mountains Restoration Trust Youth Naturalist Program. The program, which meets the second Saturday of the month (with some exceptions), introduces kids aged eight to 12 to amphibians and reptiles through labs, hikes, crafts and guest speakers.
