Daylight-saving time ends at 2 a.m. Sun., Nov. 7, so be sure to follow the old saw, “Spring forward, fall back,” and set your clocks back one hour before going to bed.
Remember, while the change to standard time will provide more light in the morning, the evening darkness will arrive noticeably earlier.
Arizona and Hawaii are the only two states that don’t observe daylight-saving time and remain on standard time throughout the year.
